Euro Interbank Offered Rate: a term rate (1 week to 12 months) reported by a panel of banks for unsecured euro loans and set daily by the European Money Markets Institute. It covers a period and bank credit risk, so it usually sits above €STR.
Example
Variable-rate mortgages in Spain follow the 12-month Euribor.
