Refund Policy
Last updated: 30 September 2026
Tradecraft subscriptions are sold by Paddle, our reseller and merchant of record. Refunds are handled under Paddle’s Refund Policy and Buyer Terms, together with what this page says.
Cancelling
- You can cancel at any time from the Account page in the app (“Manage subscription”, which opens Paddle’s secure page), or by writing to support@tradecraftlearning.com.
- Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, and you won’t be charged again.
- Deleting your account ends your subscription straight away.
Refunds
- Right of withdrawal. Paddle’s Refund Policy gives consumers in some countries, including the EU, the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase. For a digital service like Tradecraft, which you can use straight away, this right can end once you start using the course, as described in Paddle’s policy.
- Renewals. Renewal payments aren’t refundable, except where the law or Paddle’s Refund Policy provides otherwise. To avoid a renewal, cancel before its date.
- Problems on our side. If a technical problem on our side stops you from using Tradecraft and we can’t fix it within a reasonable time, contact us and we’ll refund the period you couldn’t use.
- Paddle may also refund a payment at its own discretion, as its Refund Policy explains.
How to ask for a refund
Write to support@tradecraftlearning.com from the email address of your Tradecraft account, or use the link in your Paddle receipt (or paddle.net). Refunds go back to the original payment method; how long they take to appear depends on your bank or card provider.
